Odering process of SymboliCard

The ordering process:

1. Click on the product then hit "Add to basket". You can double check the content of your basket as well.

2. To continue shopping, please repeat point number 1. and select different products.

3. When you have placed all the desired products in the basket, please click on the "Basket" link to see the content - you can check the content of your basket after placing each product. You can modify the number of items you would like to order or even delete the items if you added them to the basket by mistake. By clicking on the "Refresh" button, your order will be updated.

4. In the next step you will have to provide the delivery address and choose the delivery method. If you have a coupon, this will be the right time to redeem it - please enter the coupon code then hit "Redeem".

5. From here, you can still continue shopping by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" link.

6. To proceed with your order, you need to click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button. If you are a registered customer, you will be directed to the "Login" site where you can check your details. If you have not registered yet, you will need to click on the "Registration" button.

7. To complete your order, please specify if you would prefer a debit/credit card payment or PayPal, which has extra charge.

8. As a final step, you have the option to add a comment in the relevant field. To place your order, please select the "I accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy" checkbox. You will submit your order by clicking on the "Order" button. By doing so, you acknowledge the payment of your order.

9. You will receive an automatic email about your order. That is not considered as an official offer. You will receive a confirmation email that is the legal tender of your order.

10. In case of debit/credit card payment, you will need to use the bank account details provided in the confirmation email to complete your settlement. Please enter your unique order number in the comments field so we can easily identify your payment in all cases of the settlement.

The order will be active once you receive the official confirmation email from our customer service.

According to your preference, you can either complete the settlement of your order by using the bank account details provided in the confirmation email; or by PayPal. Please effect payment according to the details found in the official confirmation letter.

Orders are processed on weekdays between 9AM and 5PM but will not take longer than 48 hours.
You can still submit your order outside of our working hours. The order will be processed on the following workday.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a system generated email that contains your unique order number. You can request information of the status of your order quoting this number, or you can track your order by logging into your account.
If you fail to sign for your package, the return charge will be payable by you (the customer). To attempt a second delivery, first you will need to transfer the additional delivery fee.
Important - in order to receive your parcel the following week, you need to submit your order no later than Friday, 12PM.
